Payment Plans:

1 st  Payment: 25% Deposit
2 nd Payment: 25% Completion of concrete work
3 rd Payment: 20% Completion of brick work and plaster
4 th Payment: 20% Completion of flooring and installation of windows
5 th Payment: 10% for full completion of villa and pool if in contract

On 1 st payments we accept a holding deposit of 1.000 GBP for up to 14 days until contract is ready.
